Refund Policy

Riplai provides digital downloads and licenses for AI-generated music tracks. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery:

• No Refunds on Downloaded Tracks: Once a Track is downloaded or accessed, purchases are non-refundable.
• Exceptions: Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical issues (e.g., corrupted file) if reported within 7 days of purchase with proof.
• Subscriptions: Monthly/annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel anytime (no future charges). Unused portions are not refunded.
• EU Consumers: Within 14 days of purchase, you may withdraw for a full refund if no Track has been downloaded (per Consumer Rights Directive).
